Women on women, how much time do you take for yourself? The typical answer is that most women don’t. They spend their time taking care of a spouse, children, working, and then they do what they can for friends and family. They even help in the community but very seldom do they take time for themselves. When you look at statistics about women on women, you will see that they all feel more needs to be done on the individual level.


A woman definitely needs to take good care of her body and her mind. After all, she isn’t any good to someone else if she is tired, ran down, and if she isn’t getting enough rest. It is fine to take some time to unwind and to enjoy a bath or a good book. Don’t worry about the dishes in the kitchen and get more sleep now and then. The pile of clothes that need put away will still be there if you go shop with friends and have lunch for a few hours.


Woman to woman, a lady is going to enjoy her role as a wife and mother more if she takes a break now and then. These little time outs allow her to rejuvenate her mind and her body. Then she is ready to tackle whatever comes her way once again. Women on women, many feel that they don’t get enough time to exercise and to take care of their looks.

While you certainly don’t need to make everything about how you look, you need to exercise daily. Try to fit in at least 30 minutes of exercise every single day to reduce the risk of serious health problems later in life. Exercising also helps a woman to have energy and to reduce the risk of obesity. Find types of exercise that are fun for you so that it isn’t a chore but something you look forward to.


One of the biggest problems for most women though is that they tend to feel guilty if they do something for themselves. It is time to stop feeling like that though. When you start to feel that way, think of 10 things you have done for others recently and you will quickly see that you need some time all to yourself. You will also find that your family is going to give it to you as long as you put those boundaries in place.

It is simply amazing all that the average women on women does. However, you can’t be the super hero all the time. Get your family to pitch in and do what they can so you have more free time for yourself. Make it a goal to carve out a few hours every single week for you to engage in something you love. Perhaps you can take a new class, try something new, or just get out of the house for a while. Do what makes you happy and allows you to really feel like you have done something for yourself.
